Childcare subsidies

We are well aware of the challenges of reconciling work and private lives on an everyday basis and we therefore choose to subsidize the cost of your childcare.  We support our employees and participate with up to 100% of the cost of daycare in a Kindergarten/KITA and also with 100% of the meal costs at the facility.

Relocation allowance

If an employee has to change their place of residence for employment with us, it is a given that we will reimburse some of the relocation expenses.  More detailed information on the topic is available directly from our human resources department.

More than 12 monthly salaries

Twelve salaries a year are the norm in any company - not with us! The extra payment in November is our thanks to you, our employees.

Breaks are important – We subsidize your lunch break

We make sure you can have a sufficiently long lunch break.  And so that you can really enjoy your lunch, we subsidize it for you.  You will receive Sodexo-restaurant vouchers from us.
