Danpower delivers electricity from renewable sources to conserve the recourses of this world and to protect the environment.  Our green electricity charging stations are one of our means of creating the basis for sustainability and support electrical mobility.

Charging environmentally friendly with green electricity

Our charging stations are installed and provide electric cars with exclusively green electricity at a number of selected locations in our supply areas in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Bavaria.  Electric car owners have been able to reload their cars there with green electricity any time (24/7) since August of 2017. We create the foundation for a sustainable transition to electric mobility by using electricity from renewable energy.

Charging at the Danpower group charging stations is possible with various possibilities : If you are using a PlugSurfing app, the price shown in the app applies to you.

Or you can charge via roaming and use an RFID key or the app from a traction power provider (e-mobility provider). Then the tariff specified by your provider applies.

Loading green power – this is how it works

Charging at the Danpower group charging stations with the RFID charging key or with Apps all conventional e-mobility provider. 

Charging with the plugsurfing charging key:

  1. Connect the charging cable to your electric car.
  2. Connect the other end of the charging cable to the charging station.
  3. Hold your RFID-key in front of the card reader or your app. The charging process starts as soon as the payment methode has been accepted.

Charging with the PlugSurfing App:

  1. Connect the charging cable to your electric car.
  2. Connect the other end of the charging cable to the charging station.
  3. Select the connected charging point in your App and begin the charging process.
